Shell TapUp is offering a $2,000 (USD) Sign-On Bonus to new employees that are hired and successfully complete training during the Promotional Period, and remain employed by Shell TapUp throughout the payment schedule.


Open to new Shell TapUp (Shell Retail and Convenience Operations LLC) Mobile Service Champions who:

  • Submit their job application with Shell TapUp on or after September 1, 2021 and remain employed by Shell TapUp through the dates the Bonus is awarded/fulfilled.
  • Are legal residents and currently reside in the United States.


The Bonus will be paid to new Shell TapUp Mobile Service Champions who are employed by Shell Tap during the Promotional period and are in good standing at the time of payment in two (2) incremental payments of $1,000:

  • The first payment of $1,000 will be included on the first payroll following thirty (30) days from the employee’s start date at Shell TapUp.
  • The second payment of $1,000 will be included on the employee’s paycheck issued after ninety (90) days from the employee’s start date at Shell TapUp.

  • The Bonus is considered taxable income. Taxes will be taken out in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • The Bonus will be forfeited if the new Shell TapUp employee is not in good standing.**
  • The Bonus is not included in salary calculations for retirement.
  • The “start date” is included on your offer letter for employment for Shell TapUp.

* Promotional period begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on September 1, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on June 12, 2022. Limit One (1) Sign-On Bonus per employee. Full value of the Bonus will be applied in two transactions. Bonus is non-transferable, any changes must be approved by Shell TapUp Human Resources (HR) Department. Promotion valid in the United States (excludes U.S. territories and possessions). Shell TapUp may cancel, rescind, modify, or extend this offer at any time without notice. This promotion of the Sign-On Bonus is not guarantee of employment and does not alter the at-will employment relationship between employer and employee.
